We find the actual leak

Water rarely comes in where the stain shows up. It runs along the deck and the framing and drips somewhere else entirely. We trace a leak back to where it truly starts and fix that, instead of smearing tar on a stain and calling it done.

If your roof has real life left, a repair is the right call and we will make it. If patching it is throwing money at a roof that is done, we will show you why and let you decide. Either way you get the truth, not whichever one pays us more.
